1st Report the problem to:
Clackamas County Dog Control
2104 Kaen
Road
Oregon City, Or 97045
503-655-8629
2nd Report the problem to the ARCH Committee:
Document the problem as listed above. Include the owners name and address. If unknown, there can be NO Follow Up by the ARCH! This information will be placed
on file in the Rim office for further reference and to assist Clackamas County Dog control by having on file repeat or similar problems
occurring from a single property.
The ARCH committee is here to assist its members in resolving minor dog problems and issues
occurring within the rim when normal communications between disputing parties fail. In most cases, these problems can be quickly
and efficiently resolved through old fashion neighborly communication. Should these attempts fail, the ARCH committee will gladly
assist in the problem solving.
Please keep in mind the volunteer ARCH committee members are homeowners just like you. Only
Dog Control has the training, hours, funds, manpower and authority to handle many of our member’s requests to intervene. The ARCH
members are not dogcatchers and cannot be expected to patrol the rim for loose and barking dogs. It is the responsibility of
the whole community to do what we expect only a hand full of others to do for us.
