About Us:
Timberline Rim is a very special community of single-family homes, located 13 miles east of Sandy, Oregon. The beautiful Sandy River flows through this planned community, adding to its natural, rural character.

The homeowners' association, the Timberline Rim Recreation Club, maintains the lodge, swimming pool, tennis courts, and common areas enjoyed by Rim members. The Timberline Rim Water Company serves the community. Both the Recreation Club and the Water Company are administered by a volunteer Board of Trustees, elected by the membership.
