All members in **good standing are encouraged to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting.  Annual reports from your Board of Trustees and committees will be presented, and members will be elected to fill three *vacancies on the Board of Trustees. These other important items will also be presented:

 

·         Election of New Board Members

·        2008 Financial Reports

·         Water Systems Report

·        Committee & Board Reports

·         Discussion of Issues of Concern to Rim Members.

·        Members Vote on NEW Proposed CC&R’s

 

If You Are Unable To Attend, Please Assign Your Vote By Proxy to A Fellow Rim Member 

 

When your packet arrives in mail, complete the enclosed Proxy form and either

give it to a fellow member to bring to the Annual Meeting, or return the form to the

Rim office in the enclosed envelope prior to the meeting.

Mailed packets should arrive approx. 10 days before the meeting.

** Note: A member in good standing is a member who is current on any and all payments to the Rec. Club and Water Company, including dies, water fees, and assessments, in accordance with Timberline rim By-Laws.
